What is your turnaround time?
For weddings, it is 4-8 weeks. For elopements, it is 3-6 weeks. For any other kind of photoshoot, it is 2-3 weeks. If you want a rushed delivery on your gallery, you can pay a fee to "skip the line". Inquire with me about this if you are interested!
Can I get raw (unedited) images?
I do not give out unedited photos. Editing is half of the magic of a photoshoot. It is also a representation of my art! There is more than you may think that goes into editing such as skin retouch, fixing flyaway hairs, lighting and exposure tuning, etc. You should always book with a photographer who has an editing style that you enjoy. I promise- you will love the edited photos way more!
What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
Your down payment books you only for your specific photoshoot date, as well as covers one reschedule date in case we need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, My down payments are non refundable. Cancellations with a down payment refund are only given if there is a legitimate weather issue or emergency.
How many pictures will I get?
The amount of photos that you will receive after your photoshoot is based on what package you purchased! My senior and wedding packages have this number listed out on the Investment page.
How soon should I book my session?
Right now, I am booking weddings 9-15 months in advance. For any other photoshoot, I am booking 2-3 months in advance. Join my email list and follow my Instagram and Facebook to know when I am currently booking for!
How do I book a session?
The "Contact" page on this website is my only way of booking photoshoots. Fill out the survey on that page, & you will hear back from me in 1-3 business days via email. I return emails as soon as I can! I only take inquiries that come through that survey to make sure that I get all of the info necessary to move forward with booking.
How will I receive my images? Do you do printing?
You will receive your images via a high definition online gallery that will be texted and emailed to you. You will be able to download images at a high resolution. I do not do printing through my business at the moment, so I allow for my clients to be in charge of the printing process entirely. If my clients would like for me to assist them in creating photo books or printed galleries, I would love to be of assistance.
Do you travel? What's your travel fee?
YES YES YES. I would LOVE to travel! My travel fee is based on how far you want me to go from my home base of Denver, Colorado. Anywhere that is more than 40 miles outside of the Denver metro will have a slight up charge. Each travel fee is personalized for our exact needs, ranging anywhere from $30-$600. Please email me directly for a customized travel quote for your session.
Do you do refunds? Can my down payment be returned?
I do not supply refunds for photoshoots. If you are unhappy with the results of your photoshoot, I can offer one redo photoshoot. With signing my contract at the time of booking, you agree that I do not supply refunds after the product has been delivered. Down payments are non refundable.
